Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vronify ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit Vronify.com or use our services, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Vronify, registered in the Netherlands. Our Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number is 42070759 and our CEO is Quinten Pothof. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@vronify.com.
2. What data we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, email address and the content of your message when you contact us or ask for a quote.
- Information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps, recorded in standard server logs.
- Client and project data, where you are a client, the information needed to deliver and host your project. For data your own website processes, we act as a processor on your behalf.
3. Why we use your data and the legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote, on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest.
- To provide and manage the services you order, on the basis of performing our contract with you.
- To keep our website and servers secure and to improve them, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- Where the law requires it, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Details are set out in our Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We host on our own dedicated servers in Germany, the USA and Australia. Our website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google), which receives your IP address as part of that request. We only share data with service providers where necessary to run our services, and under appropriate agreements.
6. International transfers
Because some of our servers are located in the USA and Australia, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent measures, to protect your data.
7. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client records for as long as required for the contract and by law (for example tax retention periods). Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any right, email hello@vronify.com and we will respond within the legal time limits.
9. Complaints
If you are concerned about how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or with the supervisory authority in your country.
10. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
11. Children
Vronify builds and hosts software for businesses, so our website and services are meant for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, email hello@vronify.com and we will delete it without delay.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the "last updated" date showing when it last changed.
13. Contact
